KMUTNB and National Formosa University Strengthen Research Partnership and Cross-Cultural Exchange through “2026 Forward Together (Part 2)”

The International Cooperation Centre (ICC), Faculty of Business Administration, Faculty of Science, Energy and Environment, and Faculty of Engineering and Technology, King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok (KMUTNB), Rayong Campus, in collaboration with National Formosa University (NFU), Yunlin, Taiwan, organized the “2026 Forward Together (Part 2): NFU and KMUTNB Research Partnership and Cross-Cultural Exchange” from 2 – 8 August 2026, at National Formosa University in Yunlin, Taiwan. This program reflects the commitment of KMUTNB and NFU to advancing their longstanding academic partnership through continued student and staff mobility, collaborative research, and cross-cultural engagement.

The program was organized as a continuation of the two universities’ ongoing academic collaboration under their cooperation agreement, particularly in the areas of student and staff exchange. It aimed to further strengthen academic and research collaboration while providing participants with opportunities to engage in cross-cultural learning and build meaningful connections between the KMUTNB and NFU communities. The KMUTNB delegation was led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Panupong Jaiban, Dean of the Faculty of Science, Energy and Environment, and consisted of five faculty members and project coordinators, together with 25 KMUTNB students. At the opening ceremony, the KMUTNB delegates were warmly welcomed by Prof. Dr. Li-Wei Chen, Vice President of NFU.
