On 23 September 2026, the delegation from Vietnam-Korea University of Information and Communications Technology – University of Danang (VKU), including Dr. Nguyen Duc Hien, Dean of the Faculty of Computer Science, and Dr. Le Phuoc Cuu Long, Dean of the Faculty of Digital Economy and E-Commerce, was warmly welcomed by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pichet Sriyanyong, Vice President for International Affairs, KMUTNB, Asst. Prof. Dr. Achareeya Robkit, Dean of the International College, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Dr.-Ing. Sunantha Sodsee, Dean of the Faculty of Information Technology and Digital Innovation. 

The VKU delegates had a meeting to discuss academic cooperation and opportunities for further collaboration. The discussion highlighted the close and growing partnership between KMUTNB and VKU. Their collaboration has yielded fruitful outcomes in areas including student internships, student exchange, and international conferences, contributing to broader opportunities for students and faculty members.

On 25 September 2026, the VKU delegation also visited VKU students undertaking internships at companies in Rayong Province. The delegation was welcomed by Asst. Prof. Dr. Thitirat Thawornsujaritkul, Assistant to the President for KMUTNB Rayong Campus. The continued collaboration between KMUTNB and VKU reflects the strong and expanding relationship between the two institutions, with a shared commitment to creating meaningful international learning experiences and strengthening academic connections.
