KMUTNB Faculty Members Serve as Thesis Examiners at VKU, Strengthening International Academic Collaboration

During 27 June to 4 July 2026, Faculty members from King Mongkut's University of Technology North Bangkok (KMUTNB) were invited to serve as international thesis examiners at the Vietnam-Korea University of Information and Communication Technology (VKU), The University of Danang, reaffirming the strong academic partnership between the two universities.


Representing KMUTNB Rayong Campus, Asst. Prof. Dr. Thitirat Thawornsujaritkul and Dr. Chamnan Ngerndee from the Faculty of Business Administration served as external examiners, contributing to the enhancement of academic quality and international standards. During the undergraduate thesis defense program, VKU organized thesis presentations for final-year students from various disciplines, including Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Digital Logistics, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, and IT Project Management. This year, students completed 636 undergraduate thesis projects, all written and presented entirely in English, demonstrating their academic competence and communication skills in an international setting.

In addition, Asst. Prof. Supeeti Kulchan, Associate Dean for Corporate Communication and Industrial Relations, and Asst. Prof. Supeeti Dr. Nuttapun Nakpong, Associate Dean for Special Affairs, from the Faculty of Industrial Technology and Management (FITM), KMUTNB Prachinburi Campus, participated as examiners for graduate thesis defenses in Computer Science. Graduate students also prepared and defended their theses in English, presenting research on topics such as Artificial Intelligence, software development, data analytics, information systems, and digital technologies.


The participation of KMUTNB faculty members in both undergraduate and graduate thesis examinations reflects the universities' shared commitment to academic excellence, internationalization, and the continued expansion of educational and research collaboration between KMUTNB and VKU.
