KMUTNB Students Win Three Awards from the 10th International Student Start-up Conference in South Korea

The teams of KMUTNB students from Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, won three prestigious awards from the 10th International Student Start-up Conference, being held from 29 – 31 October 2024 at Tongmyong University in Busan, South Korea. The three awards earned by the KMUTNB student’s teams under the supervisation of Dr. Vera Sa-ing included the Global Innovative Technology Award (First Prize), Start-Up Vision Award (Fifth Prize) and Innovative Business Model Award (Consolation Prize).

Global Innovative Technology Award (First Prize)

Innovative Business Model Award (Consolation Prize)

This tournament provided a platform for the students to develop their creative and innovative thinking skills, allowing the students to present their unique business ideas the public. This event has also fostered the exchange of knowledge and experiences among the students and experts, the groundwork for the development of new business models and valuable professional networks. In addition, several seminars and training sessions in specific topics related to the startup business were held to boost students' confidence and inspire them to pursue their business aspiration.
