On 26 September 2022, Faculty of Business and Industrial Development invited Dr. Antonio Roldan-Ponce, Fachhochschule Dresden University of Applied Science, Germany, to give a special lecture on the topic “Cultural Awareness at Work” and it was attended by 80 third-year students of the Program of Industrial Business and Human Resource Development who are studying the “Multicultural Organization Management” course. This event aimed to enable the students to get insightful knowledge, understanding of transnational and corporate cultures, differences among age, race, gender and ranges of people. The exchange of ideas and cultural differences will be useful for students' career as HR practitioner in the future.
