KMUTNB’s Representatives to Attend the ASEA-UNINET Plenary Meeting

During 25 – 29 July 2022, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pichet Sriyanyoung, Dean of International College, and Ms. Phimvalanch Moosikaphan, Director of International Cooperation Centre (ICC), KMTUNB, were invited to represent KMUTNB in the ASEA-UNINET Plenary Meeting and Elections of New Executives at Johannes Kepler University, Linz (JKU), Austria. The participants of the meeting were welcomed by Mag. Thomas Stelzer, Governor of the Province of Upper Austria, Mr. Klaus Luger, Mayor of Linz, Prof. Dr. Meinhard Lukas, Rector of the Johannes Kepler University Linz, and Prof. Dr. Gabriele Kotsis, ASEA-UNINET President.

This meeting was organized by ASEA-UNINET and was participated by representatives from leading universities across South Asia. The representatives from over 14 universities in Thailand also join the meeting. In addition, the representatives were granted the honour to have a meeting with H.E. Ms. Morakot Sriswasdi, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Thailand to the Republic of Austria, the Republic of Slovenia and the Slovak Republic, Permanent Representative of the Kingdom of Thailand to the United Nations and other International Organizations in Vienna, to discuss about the initiation of academic collaborations and received suggestions on the strategy to establish the academic partnerships with the educational institutions in Austria.
