KMUTNB Delegation Joins VKU-ISEP 2025 in Vietnam to Strengthen Academic Ties between KMUTNB and VKU
From 23 to 29 June 2025, a group of 21 delegates from King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok (KMUTNB), comprising students, lecturers, and staff, participated in the International Student Exchange Program (VKU-ISEP) at the Vietnam-Korea University of Information and Communication Technology (VKU), The University of Danang.
The program featured series of workshops designed to deepen the participants’ understanding in Design Thinking and Startup Skills. As this student exchange program brought about unique perspectives and skills of the students from diverse academic and cultural backgrounds, the participants came up with the fascinating presentations of innovative ideas to promote tourism in Danang, Vietnam.
The opening ceremony was graced with the presence of academic leaders from both universities, including Dr. Huynh Ngoc Tho (VKU Vice Rector), Dr. Le Ha Nhu Thao, Asst. Prof. Dr. Kanokchan Sanoppa (Associate Dean for Student Affairs, Faculty of Digital Agro-Industry), Ms. Pranee Sroyprapai (Assistant Dean for Administration, Industrial Relations, and Corporate Communications, Faculty of Business Administration and Service Industry), and Asst. Prof. Dr. Wongsakorn Wangsaroj (Lecturer, Faculty of Engineering).
Since the signing of the MoU in 2023, academic collaboration between KMUTNB and VKU has steadily expanded. From 2023 onwards, KMUTNB and VKU annually collaborate to organize the student mobility programs both at KMUTNB Prachinburi Campus and in VKU, Vietnam. These programs have offer opportunities for the students to experience different cultures, gain new perspectives and develop critical skills. Especially, this International Student Exchange Program (VKU-ISEP) was another significant milestone and contribute to deepening the academic ties between VKU and KMUTNB.
