Vietnamese-Korean University Delegation Explores Collaborative Opportunities with KMUTNB
From 12 - 16 August 2024, a distinguished delegation from Vietnam-Korea University of Information and Communication Technology (VKU), consisting of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thanh Binh, Chairman of the University Council, and Dr. Ho Van Phi, Deputy Head of Testing and Quality, visited King Mongkut's University of Technology North Bangkok (KMUTNB). During the visit, the VKU delegation met with VKU students who are currently doing an internship at KMUTNB Prachinburi Campus. They then visited the Faculty of Industrial Technology and Management (FITM), where they had a productive meeting with the campus executive team, including Asst. Prof. Dr. Khridsadakhon Booddachan, Dean of FITM, and Asst. Prof. Supeeti Kulchan, Vice Dean for Corporate Communication and Industrial Liaison. The discussion focused on the progress of ongoing collaborative activities and planned future projects between the two universities. Following this, the VKU delegates visited KMUTNB's Bangkok Campus, where they met with the executive team at the Learning Center for Innovation and Digital Technology at the KMUTNB Techno Park Building. They were welcomed by Prof. Dr. Somrerk Chandra-ambhorn, Vice President for Research and Information Technology Development, and Ms. Sikan Kulchonchan, Vice President for International Affairs. The delegation also paid a courtesy visit to Prof. Dr. -Ing. habil. Suchart Siengchin, President of KMUTNB, and toured the laboratories at KMUTNB Techno Park, the Thai-French Innovation Institute, and the College of Industrial Technology.
