Students from the Department of Industrial Chemistry, Faculty of Applied Science, achieved a prestigious recognition at the 35th International Invention, Innovation & Technology Exhibition (ITEX 2024) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. They won the WIIPA Special Award for their creation, “Ayuvy Red Power-Bioactive Colorant,” developed with support from the National Research Council of Thailand. This eco-friendly innovation provides sustainable coloring solution to the industry. The exhibition took place from 16 - 18 May 2024. This innovative bioactive colorant is the outcome of the students’ dedication to advancing chemical applications that merge science with environmental protection. Also, it reflects the exceptional competence of the KMUTNB students that was internationally recognized.
