KMUTNB Researcher Won Bronze Medal at ‘The 49th International Exhibition of Inventions Geneva, Switzerland
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Benjawan Thumthanaruk, a lecturer of Faculty of Applied Science, along with students from the Department of Agro-Industrial, Food, and Environmental Technology, achieved a bronze medal at the prestigious 49th International Exhibition of Inventions in Geneva. Their award-winning creation, “SuperSea,” a crispy jellyfish snack, distinguished for its low-fat, low-calorie, and GMO-free quality. The event, held in Geneva, Switzerland, from 17 - 21 April 2024, brought together innovators and researchers from around the world to showcase inventions and technological advancements.
