KMUTNB Wins TPA Robot Contest Thailand Championship 2024, Earns Esteemed Trophy from H.R.H Princess Sirindhorn

During 8 – 9 June 2024, the iRAP_Let’s go team of six students from Faculty of Engineering and College of Industrial Technology, KMUTNB, participated in the TPA Robot Contest Thailand Championship 2024. The team of KMUTNB students won a championship trophy granted by H.R.H Princess Sirindhorn and also an excellent award in autonomous robot. This competition was organized at the Diamond Hall, 5th Floor, Zeer Rangsit, by the Technology Promotion Association (Thailand-Japan) and sponsors from the government and business sectors. The contest was joined by over 37 teams of students who are studying in the programs related to Robotics Engineering in higher education institutes across the country, such as Chulalongkorn University, King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi, Pathumwan Institute of Technology, Mahanakorn University of Technology, etc. This contest aimed to promote the practical application of learned knowledge and skills, and the eight selected teams from this contest will be nominated to attend the ABU M-COT Thailand Championship 2024, being organized during 11 – 14 July 2024 at Kanchanaburi Technical College. Then, the winning team from that championship will represent Thailand at the ABU Asia-Pacific Robot Contest 2024 in Vietnam.
