KMUTNB Prachinburi Campus Hosts Hybrid Lecture by Japanese Rail Expert

On 22 August 2023, at Faculty of Industrial Technology and Management, KMUTNB Prachinburi Campus, Prof. Dr. Norio Tomii, a professor in railway system from Nihon University, Japan, visited KMUTNB Prachinburi Campus to give a special lecture on “Recent research topics of railway operation” to the KMUTNB students and lecturer. He was welcomed by Asst. Prof. Dr. Khridsadakhon Booddachan, Dean of Faculty of Industrial Technology and Management. This lecture was a hybrid event and attracted more than 85 audiences. Also, on 21 August 2023, Prof. Dr. Norio Tomii visited the Centre of Railway Innovation and Technology, and had a meeting to discuss about the collaboration on research with the team of KMUTNB faculty members and researchers led by Prof. Dr. Somrerk Chandra-ambhom, Vice President for Research and Information Technology Development, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Nattapong Makaratat, Assistant to the President for the University’s Environmental and Physical Development. This event was supported by the Centre of Experts in Railway System under the Council of University Presidents of Thailand.
