During 26 March – 5 April 2023, Ms. Phimvalanch Moosikaphan, Director of International Cooperation Centre, KMUTNB, participated the “Management of Internationalisation”2022–2023 program workshop at Leibniz University Hannover, Germany. This program was organized by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) and the German Rectors’ Conference (HRK) and Leibniz University Hannover, Germany. This workshop was aimed to promote knowledge and understanding in Change and Conflict Management, Marketing and Recruitment, Competences and Key Tasks of an International Office. The program was attended by the university’s high officers taking charge in international affairs from 30 countries across the world, including Botswana, Egypt, Ethiopia, Ghana, Malawi, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Ecuador, Honduras, Mexico, Peru, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Vietnam. This was a great opportunity for the participant to deepen their knowledge and develop competences related to the management of the university’s of international affairs and was also a platform for them to build international networks.
