On 14 December 2022, Asst. Prof. Dr. Peerapong Pornwongthong, Assistance to the President for Research and Innovation Development, delivered a welcome remark and presided over the virtual meeting between the delegation of King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok (KMUTNB) and the delegation of Chengdu Technological University (CDTU), China. KMUTNB and CDTU has entered into a memorandum of understanding to formalize the cooperation between the two universities since 2022. Afterwards, the two universities continually develop collaborative activities despite the challenge of the pandemic, such as the Faculty of Science, Energy and Environment will hold an online lecture in collaboration with CDTU. In addition, the outcomes of this meeting are very fruitful and both parties agreed to co-organize new cooperative activities in the near future. The Faculty of Business Administration will cooperate with the CDTU side in organizing the cultural exchange program for the students, while the Faculty of Engineering and Technology is of the opinion to organize the student exchange program.
