KMUTNB to Welcome the Delegate from Daegu Gyeongbuk Institute of Science and Technology, Korea

On 12 December 2022, Prof. Dr. Gyeung Ho Choi, a delegate from Daegu Gyeongbuk Institute of Science and Technology (DGIST), Korea, visited King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok. He had a meeting with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Saiprasit Koetniyom, a head of research team of the Automotive Safety and Assessment Research Centre, TGGS, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Saowakhon Khunnawut, Director of the Thai-German Pre-Engineering School, to discuss about the possibility to organize cooperative projects and scholarship opportunities for students. The meeting was also attended by TGGS’s Master's students, including Mr. Supasit Suerungruang and Ms. Anyamanee Suksing, officers of Institute of Preventive Medicine, Department of Disease Control.

On 13 December 2022, Prof. Dr. Gyeung Ho Choi visited laboratories in the Research and Human Resource Training Centre for Industry (RTCI) in Rayong Province and discussed about the collaborative opportunities with the team of researchers and lecturers of RTCI and KMUTNB Rayong Campus. He was welcomed by Assistant Professor Dr. Somjai Pheanprasit Director of Research and Human Resource Training Center for Industry, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Jakkid Senetuntikul, Associate Dean for Research and Academic Service, Faculty of Engineer and Technology, Rayong Campus, Dr. Kriangsak Ketpang, lecturer of Faculty of Science, Energy and Environment, Rayong Campus. RTCI is a research and training center affiliated to KMUTNB which carries out missions to provide quality research services and training programs related to Automotive Industry and other curriculums that meet Thai industrial demand. This center aims to contribute to the development of the Eastern Economic Corridor: EEC which is a part of the government’s Industry 4.0 Policies.
