On 18 September 2026, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pichet Sriyanyong, Vice President for International Affairs, King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok (KMUTNB), together with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Thawatchai Wongchang, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Technology, KMUTNB Rayong Campus, welcomed Prof. Dr. Toshio Sakai, Faculty of Engineering and Director of the International Office, Faculty of Engineering, Shinshu University, Japan.

The meeting provided an opportunity for both institutions to exchange information and discuss potential areas of academic collaboration, with a focus on strengthening academic ties and exploring opportunities for future cooperation between KMUTNB and Shinshu University.
