On 20 October 2021, Prof. Dr. rer .nat. habil. Dr. Thomas Böhme, a professor for mathematics at the Institute for Mathematics of the Technische University Ilmenau (TU Ilmenau), had an online meeting with the the group of faculty members of Mathematics Department to explore the potential areas for initiating academic collaborations between TU Ilmenau and the Faculty of Applied Science, KMUTNB. The meeting was presided over by Ms. Sikan Kulchonchan, KMUTNB’s Vice President for International Affairs, and was also attended by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Surattana Sungnul, Head of the Mathematics Department, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sekson Sirisubtawee Coordinator of the KMUTNB - TU Ilmenau Cooperation, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sanoe Khunprasert, Head of EDMA Program, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pongpol Juntharee, Committee of EDMA Program, Ms. Phimvalanch Moosikaphan, Director of International Cooperation Centre (ICC).
