KMUTNB Welcomes Over 70 International Students for 2024 Inter-Culture Program

During 11 – 13 September 2024, over 70 international students of KMUTNB participated in the 2024 Inter-Culture Program, organized by International Cooperation Centre. The first part of the program was held at Aachen Conference Room, TGGS building, focusing on providing information about the university and visa application to the students. The opening ceremony was presided over by Ms. Sikan Kulchonchan, Vice President for International Affairs, who delivered a welcome remark to the new KMUTNB international students from many countries across the world. On the next two days, the participants engaged in the second part of the program, including cultural exchange activities and a laboratory and facility tour at Faculty of Business Administration (FBA), Faculty of Science, Energy and Environment (SCIEE) and Faculty of Engineering and Technology (EAT), KMUTNB Prachinburi Campus. The participants were warmly welcomed by the executive team of KMUTNB Prachinburi Campus, including Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sunee Wattanakomol, Dean of FBA, Asst. Prof. Dr. Thitirat Thawornsujaritkul, Associate Dean of FBA, Dr. Jakkrawut Maitip, Assistant Dean of SCIEE, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Jakkid Senetuntikul, Associate Dean of EAT. As KMUTNB is a large community of international and local students, this program aimed to provide a unique opportunity for the participants to become immersed in Thai culture and enhance their cross-cultural competence through doing activities with their fellow international students and Thai students from diverse backgrounds.
