International Cooperation Centre to Launch the KMUTNB Staff Mobility Program 2022: Cultural Diversity

During 23 -27 May 2022, International Cooperation Centre, Office of the President, virtually organized the KMUTNB Staff Mobility Program 2022: Cultural Diversity. The opening ceremony was presided by Ms. Sikan Kulchonchan, Vice President for International Affairs. The first session in first two days, which was aimed to promote English communication skills, was attended by the supporting staff from faculties and working sections across KMUTNB. The second session in other three days was aimed to promote cultural exchange among the supporting staff and it was attended by both KMUTNB staff and representatives from partner universities from across the word, including  Mangosuthu University of technology Durban, South Africa, University of Applied Sciences Dresden (FHD), Germany, Universitas Diponegoro, Indonesia, St. Monica's College of Education, Ghana, Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember, Indonesia, Bahir Dar University, Ethiopia, Kyushu Institute of Technology, Japan. The program was moderated by the team of lecturers from College of Industrial Technology and International College, KMUTNB. While attending the program, the participant had an opportunity to share their own culture and compare differences and similarities between each culture. The program, therefore, helped to broaden their perspectives and enable them to work more efficiently in the globalized workplace.
