KMUTNB Holds the Inter-Culture 2025 Program to Welcome New International Students, Celebrating Diversity and Global Connections
From 27 – 29 August 2025, the International Cooperation Centre hosted the Inter-Culture 2025 Program as a welcome event to mark the educational journey for the new international students. A total of 61 international students participated in the event, representing more than 16 countries, including Germany, France, Indonesia, Pakistan, Myanmar, Vietnam, India, Botswana, Oman, Denmark, China, the Philippines, Jordan, the UAE, Bhutan, and Serbia.
The program officially commenced on 27 August 2025, with an opening speech by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pichet Sriyanyong, Vice President for International Affairs. Then, the students were given an orientation filled with essential information for their studies at KMUTNB, alongside engaging ice-breaking activities aimed at fostering new friendships and connections.
On 28 August 2025, the program continued with a visit to KMUTNB’s Prachinburi Campus, where the international students were warmly welcomed by Asst. Prof. Peerasak Sarikul, Vice President of the Prachinburi Campus, along with Asst. Prof. Dr. Ranin Kijkla, Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration and Service Industry. The visit also included cultural exchange activities led by the students from the Faculty of Business Administration and Service Industry, providing participants with a unique opportunity to immerse themselves into Thai culture.
The Inter-Culture 2025 Program was designed to not only broaden global perspectives but also enhance intercultural communication skills, offering students a deeper, more enriched university experience. As a university that celebrates diversity, KMUTNB acknowledges the invaluable contributions of international students to its academic and social community.
