“Annyeong KMUTNB! Korean Language Classes Kick Off with KOICA Volunteer”

Ms. Jiyoon Park, a KOICA volunteer, conducted her first Korean language class at King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok (KMUTNB). The session was attended by 15 enthusiastic participants from various faculties, marking the beginning of the “Introduction to Korean Language” course.


The class is held every Monday from 16:30 to 18:00, over a period of five weeks, at Room 4, 4th Floor, Building 81, Faculty of Engineering.


The course covers fundamental topics including:


Introduction to the Korean language


Basic self-introduction


Korean numbers


The Korean alphabet (Hangul)


Vowels and pronunciation


This initiative aims to promote cross-cultural understanding and provide KMUTNB staff with foundational Korean language skills.
