Bhutanese Delegation Visits KMUTNB to Strengthen Academic and Youth Cooperation
On 20 January 2026, a delegation from His Majesty’s Secretariat, comprising Ms. Choing Dolma, Head of the Youth Welfare and Education Office, Ms. Karma Lhaden, Program Officer, and Ms. Dechen Choden, Program Officer, paid an official visit to King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok (KMUTNB). The delegation was warmly received by KMUTNB executives, including Asst. Prof. Dr. Achareeya Robkit, Dean of the International College (IC); Asst. Prof. Dr. Tanaporn Rojhirunsakool, Assistant Dean of the Faculty of Engineering; and Asst. Prof. Dr. Siranee Nuchitprasitchai, Lecturer in the Faculty of Information Technology and Digital Innovation (ITD).
Both sides engaged in fruitful discussions focused on strengthening existing collaboration and exploring new possibilities for academic cooperation. Currently, 19 Bhutanese students are pursuing their studies across various faculties at KMUTNB. The visit provided a valuable platform to further enhance educational partnerships and future collaborative initiatives between Bhutan and KMUTNB, paving the way for expanded cooperation in the years ahead.
