KMUTNB Hosts Leadership Camp 2024 to Equip Students with 21st Century Global Skills

From 18 – 21 June 2024, the International Cooperation Centre, Office of the President, organized the Leadership Camp 2024 with the theme “21st Century Skills for Global Citizens.” The camp was attended by students from King Mongkut's University of Technology North Bangkok (KMUTNB) and partner universities from China, Korea, Indonesia, Taiwan, Vietnam, Cambodia, India, and Myanmar. The opening ceremony on 18 June 2024, was presided over by Ms. Sikan Kulchonchan, Vice President for International Affairs. The event included leader talks by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Malinee Sriariyanun, KMUTNB Assistant President for Internationalization Strategies and Special Affairs, and Mr. Jay Teo, Chief Executive Officer of AMW Tech Pte Ltd and Venture Partner of COCOCAPITAL Shanghai.

The Leadership Camp 2024 reflects KMUTNB’s commitment to preparing students for their future roles as global citizens, as its participants were provided with the opportunity to enhance critical thinking, creative thinking, collaboration, and communication skills. Also, the camp emphasized on the development of participants’ leadership skills, crucial for their professional success and societal contribution. Additionally, attendees immersed themselves in Thai culture and gained deeper insights into Thailand through excursions to Museum Siam, the EGAT Learning Center, and the Marine Science Museum.
